Terms of Service for Digital Commissions

My general turnaround time is within six weeks of discussing details with you. If this changes, I will communicate with you as early as possible.

1. Usage Rights Granted to Commissioner in Final Art

You may use any art I create for you for non-commercial purposes such as reposting to social media, using it in icons, etc. If you are interested in a commercial license for a piece, please let me know in your initial inquiry.

2. Usage Right of the Artist

I post all commissions to my social media pages (FurAffinity, Twitter, etc). I’m happy to post a commission piece while keeping you, the commissioner, anonymous.If you’re interested in a completely private commission that will not be posted online, an extra fee of +50% of the original price will be added. Posting and spreading my art through social media is an essential part of my business. Thank you for understanding!

3. Check-ins and Revisions

I am always happy to make revisions throughout the process and to final pieces to meet criteria initially discussed between us. I am happy to make most revisions free of charge.Large changes or additions to a piece (such as extra characters) may be subject to additional fees and up to my discretion whether or not to accept.

4. Payment and Receiving of Finished Work

(A) Payment Methods: I currently take payment via PayPal invoice only. I do not currently accept payment plans.(B) Unless otherwise stated, payment is due when a finalized sketch has been reviewed and agreed upon by both you- the client, and me- the artist. Paying prior to a completed sketch is allowed, but please see my cancellation policy below.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a commission at any time prior to paying with no penalty.If a commission has already been paid for and you request a cancellation, I will refund 50% of the base cost of your invoice.In extenuating circumstances where I am unable to complete your commission, will be unable to meet an agreed upon deadline, etc., a full refund may be requested with no penalty to you. I will always communicate as early as possible with you if I am behind on your work and turnaround times change.If you cancel your commission after a work-in-progress has been sent to you and payment has not been made, you do not have permission to post the unpaid work online. Doing so will result in me blacklisting you from future projects.By purchasing art from me, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Simple Character Illustration

Fully rendered character art. Simple color/pattern backgrounds are free. Background elements are limited to props and very simple spaces, varying in price based on complexity. For more complex illustrations, see next section.⭐ Full body: Starts at $175 per character, +$125 per additional character.⭐ Half body: Starts at $125 per character, +$100 per additional character.

Complex Scene Illustration

These are illustrations that focus heavily on the environment they're placed in and include multiple background elements.⭐ Pricing starts at $300, and varies based on the complexity of the scene, number of characters, etc.!! IMPORTANT !!: Unlike other commission types, I require a 25% down payment on these pieces before beginning on the sketch. Remainder of payment is due after the sketch is completed and agreed upon.

I want to make it clear I have nothing against ABDL content as long as everyone’s a consenting adult, just like any other kink. Some of the nicest furries I’ve met are primarily ABDL-centric people, and I know my interest in bondage can overlap with these themes sometimes.
